Sorry for being away for a few weeks – I was on vacation and was caught up at work prior to that – so I wasn’t able to post my weekly sessions.

EXCELLENCE AWARDS – COMPANY RECOGNITION
I’ve been working for this company for 7 years this coming October. This is my second work after being a Technical Support Representative for an American company that leases postage meters.

Not sure if you’ve heard of this term already but this one’s mandatory in my work. Since we’re dealing with customers, we can’t just directly say ‘No’ to them. We always have to offer empathy every time we’re about to broke their hearts.
