**Spoiler-free review**

Today’s Friday so it’s time for another review post! I’ll do a movie review this week about a movie titled ‘Baywatch‘. Here goes!

Zac Efron × Dwayne Johnson × Priyanka Chopra × Alexandra Daddario × Kelly Rohrbach × Ilfenesh Hadera × Jon Bass

When a dangerous crime wave hits the beach, the legendary Mitch Buchannon leads his elite squad of lifeguards on a mission to prove that you don’t have to wear a badge to save the bay. Joined by a trio of hotshot recruits, including former Olympian Matt Brody, they ditch the surf and go deep undercover to take down a ruthless businesswoman whose devious plans threaten the future of the bay. – IMDb

Zac Efron is hot
Alexandria’s eyes are mesmerizing
Kelly’s very pretty and sexy and she reminds me of Jessica Simpson
The movie teaches us not to be self-centered and if you’re part of a team, you have to be a team player
Some people take their professions at heart and we’re not one to say what they can and can’t do
Quitters won’t win

The story wasn’t made for a film and wasn’t well-established. It has a sitcom-y aura to it that’s not what you’d expect from a film that stars Efron and The Rock
I had a monotonous heart-rate and facial expression the entire film
It has funny moments, but not quite
There’s nothing striking in the film, even the ending
CGIs are quite obvious in some scenes

It’s not worth watching in a movie house. It’s a shame to picture The Rock in this kind of film after San Andreas. I haven’t seen an original Baywatch before but I can sense this one didn’t live to people’s expectations.

Thanks for dropping by and see you on the next review! 🙂
